We are also all about environmental sustainability. Preserving the environment and working with our community is what makes us tick. All our farmers are partners and use sustainable traditional farming methods.  Granny and her staff all work with the minimum of waste and with virtually no chemicals either in production or in cleaning.

Our bottles are reusable either at home or you can bring them back and get a discount on your next purchase.  We sterilized all our equipment either with superheated water or with our industrial sized sterilizers that uses microwave and water.  Any chemicals we use for cleaning anything are enzymatic which means they keep cleaning even when they go down the drain. 

But our most telling point is that Granny's special Jams and Preserves are all homemade, in small batches and perfectly natural to ensure the flavours and textures are never quite the same but never entirely different each time you buy them. This is a personalized process not industrial so you are guaranteed to enjoy every drop.
